Application Condition 1. Because of the nationality conflict, the applicant is inconvenient to hold an ordinary passport.;
2. Hong Kong or Macao Resident who has no certificate to return Hong Kong or Macao.
Application Materials 1. Completed “Form of Application for Entry and Exit Pass of the People's Republic of China”;
2. Three recent 2-inch colour photos (full face without hat);
3. Relevant certificates to prove the applicant's status of Hong Kong and Macao Residents or Overseas Chinese. The original of such certificate should be submitted if the certificate was expired or damaged, and a report for loss issued by local public security organ at where the certificate lost should be submitted if the certificate was lost;
4. Registration Form of Temporary Accommodation for Overseas Personnel issued by local public security organ at where you lived temporarily, or accommodation certificate issued by hotel;
5. Other materials related to the application.
Transaction Procdure 1. The applicant shall take photo on site for making the certificate;
2. The applicant fills out application form and submits required application documents;
3. The window working staff reviews the application documents;
4. For application documents in compliance with relevant stipulations, a notice of acceptance will be printed and delivered to the applicant. For application documents not in compliance with relevant stipulations or not complete, the staff shall tell the applicant in writing or orally;
5. Applicant pays relevant fees;
6. Applicant collects the certificate according to the arranged date for collection.
