Application Condition 1.Between 18 to 60 years old ( the ages of investors participating in business operations directly and technical personnel urgently needed in the mainland can be above 60);
2.Being in good health;
3.Holding and maintaining valid travelling certificates (including the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Taiwan Residents, the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Hong Kong and Macau Residentsand other valid certificates);
4.Applicants engaged in certain profession (technical type of work) as prescribed by the state, shouldobtain the corresponding qualification certificate based on relevant provisions of the state;
5.Other conditions prescribed by the laws and regulations
Application Materials 1.Work permit application form for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau residents (attachment 1);2.Work permit registration form for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau residents (attachment 2);
3.The employer’s business license or certificate and a copy;
4. Valid travelling certificates (including the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Taiwan Residents, the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Hong Kong and Macau Residentsand other valid certificates);5. Health certificate issued by or verified by Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau;6. Employment agreement or contract;7.Tworecent 2-inch ID photos without hat;8. Corresponding qualification certificates of applicants engaged in certain profession (technical type of work) as prescribed by the state;9. Introduction letter from the employer and the agent’s identification card and a copy, if not the applicant present.
The following materials will be needed to extend a Work Permit:1.Work permit extension registration form for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau residents(attachment3);2.Valid travelling certificates and copies (including the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Taiwan Residents, the Mainland Entry and Exit Pass for Hong Kong and Macau Residents and other valid certificates);
3.Employment agreement or contract;4.Introduction letter from the employer and the agent’s identification card and a copy, if not the applicant present.
