In all four directions it stretches to East 4th Ring Road and Sigang Liandong Avenue in the east, No.17 Jingnan Road, Xinyue Road, Tuoyue Road, Fengming Road, Xingguang Road, Jinguang Road, No.6 Jingnan Road, and Jingkai Third Street in the south, Zhengzhou Airport Expressway, Longhai Railway, Xinyi Road, Kangning Road, Dongfeng Road East, Shangding Road, Huanghe Road East, Xiongerhe Road, Tongtai Road, Shangwu Waihuan Road, Ruyi Road West, Zhaoyang Road, Longteng Fourth Street, eastward extension of North 3rd Ring Road, Zhongyi Road, First Longbei Road, Zhongzhou Avenue, Liulin Road, and Huayuan Road in the west, and Xinlong Road, north section of 4th Ring Road, Longyuan No.13 Street, Longhu Inner Ring Road, Jiuru Road East, Longfei Road, Longhu Jinrongdao Outer Ring Road, Ruyi Road East, Longhu Outer Ring Road, Dongfeng Road East, Xiongerhe Road, Shuangquan Road, Zhengguang Road, Zhongxing Road, Jinshui Road East, Dongfengqu Road, Mingli Road, and Lianhu Road in the north.

The Comprehensive Service Center of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Zhengzhou Area is responsible for handling business including 211 administration examination and approval items, public services and other government affairs. Some of the business can still be transacted by former offices of relevant departments in Zhengdong New Area, Jingkai District, and Jinshui District.
