5. State-owned Land Use Right Transfer Contract;
6. Industrial land provides environment impact assessment report and the filing documents of Development and Reform Commission;
7. Scientific research, educational land provides the filing documents of Development and Reform Commission;
8. Transfer payment certificate;
9.Planning permit (including attachments, attached drawings, red line original).
