3. Applicant’s valid identity document (business license, organization code certificate, legal representative certificate, legal representative ID card copy, etc.);
4. Authorized letter of attorney and copies of ID card of the trustor;
5. Surveying and delimitation figure (stamped with examination and approval stamp);
6. Construction Land Planning Permit and the planning conditions issued by the city planning department;
7. Land pre-examination documents of Land and Resources Bureau of Zhengzhou City;
8. Approval documents of relevant departments (city development and reform department project approval, feasibility study, examination and approval, recording, etc.);
9. Land Valuation Report (has been filed), the Land Reserve Agency Parcel Allocation Proposal (government land), the views of whether the equity price should be collected issued by the district government;
10. The view of not within the scope of safety control area issued by Zhengzhou City Land Use Planning Institute or Zhengzhou City National Security Bureau Examination and Approval Opinions on Construction Projects Involving National Security Matters provided by Zhengzhou City National Security Bureau;
11. The precondition submissions of land allocation of affordable housing project (Housing Authority), documents of relevant plans of affordable housing project;
12. Business counseling opinions (including the minutes of bureau meeting and examination meeting).
