Application Condition
Application Materials 1. "Branch Company Registration Application Form";
2. “The designated representative or the co-commissioned agent’s power of attorney” and a copy of the identity document of the designated representative or the co-commissioned agent;
3. In the case of the laws, relative administrative regulations and the decision of the State Council stipulated that the alteration of branch company registration/items must be submitted for approval, a copy of the approval documents or the permit shall be submitted;
4. Relevant documents relating to registration change; ◆ If the name of the branch is changed due to the change of the name of the parent company, it shall submit a copy of the “notice of change of company registration” issued by the company registration authority, and a photocopy of the renewed company business license of the parent company. ◆ branch company to change the scope of business, it shall submit a photocopy of the company's business license. After the change of the branch business scope, the scope of business involves the items prerequisite for approval before registration stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the decision of the State Council, the relevant approval document or license document need to be submitted; ◆ branch company to change the business premises, it shall submit a proof of the use of new business premises; ◆ branch company to change the person in charge, it shall submit the official removal of the original branch person in charge documents, the official appointment document of the new person in charge, and a copy of their identity documents;
5. The branch company business license and a photocopy.
