1. "Company registration (filing) application form";
2. “The designated representative or the co-commissioned agent’s power of attorney” and a copy of the identity document of the designated representative or the co-commissioned agent;
3. the Articles of Association of the company signed by all shareholders;
4. Copy of the shareholder’s subject qualification documents or Copy of the natural person's identity document;
◆ Enterprise shareholders, shall submit a copy of the business license.
◆ Legal person shareholders, shall submit a copy of the business legal person registration certificate.
◆ Corporate/organization shareholders, shall submit a copy of corporate/organization registration certificate.
◆ Private non-enterprise unit shareholders, shall submit a copy of private non-enterprise unit certificate.
◆ Natural person shareholders, shall submit a copy of their personal identity documents.
◆ Other shareholders to submit the relevant legal qualification certificate.
5. Copies of the official appointment documents for and personal identity documents of the directors, supervisors, and managers;
6. Copies of official appointment documents for and personal identity documents of the company legal representatives;
7. proof of domicile;
8. Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name;
9. In the case of the laws, relative administrative regulations and the decision of the State Council stipulated that the establishment of a limited liability company must be submitted for approval before registration, a copy of the approval documents or the permit shall be submitted;

In the case of a company scope of business application for registration has items that the laws, administrative regulations and the decision of the State Council stipulated submission for approval before registration, a copy of the relevant approval documents or the permit documents shall be submitted.
Joint Stock Limited Company Establish Registration Material Submission Specification
1. "Company Registration (Filing) Application Form";

3. Minutes of meeting of the shareholders' meeting signed by the conference moderator and the directors present at the meeting (minutes of the establishment meeting of a company established by the offer method);
4. the articles of association signed by all the sponsors or the shareholders attending the shareholders' meeting;
5. A copy of the sponsor's subject qualification or a copy of the natural person's identity document;
◆ If the sponsor is an enterprise, shall submit a copy of the business license.
◆ If the sponsor is a legal person, shall submit a photocopy of the business registration certificate of the legal person.
◆ If the sponsor is shareholders for the corporate legal person, shall submit a copy of the corporate registration certificate.
◆ If the sponsor is a private non-enterprise unit, shall submit a copy of the private non-enterprise unit certificate.
◆ If the sponsor is a natural person, shall submit a copy of the person’s identity documents.
◆ Other sponsors, shall submit the relevant qualification certificate stipulated by laws and regulations.
6. For a company limited by shares which is established by the offer method, a legally established capital verification certificate issued by the capital verification authorities shall be submitted.If the sponsor's first contribution is non-monetary property, it shall submit the certificate documents for the transfer of the financial property right.
7. Copies of official appointment documents and personal identity documents of the directors, supervisors, and managers; ◆ According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association of the Company, it shall submit the minutes of the shareholders' meeting signed by the meeting moderator and the directors attending the meeting (minutes of the establishment meeting of a company established by the offer method), the board of directors resolutions or other relevant materials.
